Website service agreement

Review our service, payment, cancellation and maintenance terms before requesting a project. A completed project schedule and separate affirmative acceptance are required before work or payment. Sending an inquiry or reading this page does not create a contract.

Terms reference: SW-STARTER-2026-10-15. Online payments and agreement signing are not enabled on this website.

Parties and project schedule

Seller is Stonewell Systems LLC, operating the TrustFunded trade name where disclosed. Customer service and cancellation contact: info@stonewellsystems.pro; (401) 595-3904. Client legal name, authorized signer, existing inquiry/order ID, exact pages (up to five), catalog/service quantities and entries, approved content and assets, contact/booking destinations, hosting/domain ownership, third-party costs, applicable taxes and confirmed capacity/start date must appear in the attached client-specific project schedule before acceptance. No blank or unspecified schedule is accepted by this agreement.

Scope and delivery

The $1,200 Starter includes up to five mobile-friendly pages, the agreed catalog/services, gallery, contact and booking-request functionality, one consolidated revision round, quality review and delivery of the approved custom site. Booking requests are not confirmed appointments or a live scheduling integration. Agreed-scope defects are corrected at no additional charge and do not consume the revision round. Stonewell offers 14 calendar days of post-delivery scope-defect support without reducing any mandatory rights. Ecommerce, custom applications, confirmed scheduling, advertising and unlimited revisions are excluded unless expressly included in a signed change. Changes require written agreement on price and timing before work. The delivery target is 5–10 business days after complete onboarding, signed agreement, verified deposit, required access and confirmed capacity; it is not an unconditional deadline. Client delays or agreed changes require a documented revised timetable. No revenue, search ranking or lead-volume guarantee is made.

Price and payment

Total service price is $1,200 USD. The $600 deposit is a prepayment credited toward that total, not an automatically earned or automatically nonrefundable fee. The remaining $600 becomes due after the client's affirmative written acceptance of the identified private-preview version and before publication. Silence, a site visit or a payment redirect is not acceptance. Taxes and separately authorized third-party expenses must be itemized before signing; no undisclosed additional charge is authorized. Payment status is established by Stripe provider confirmation, not a customer screenshot. Publication requires separate owner and client approval.

Cancellation and refunds

Either party may cancel by written notice to the other's designated project contact; clients may email info@stonewellsystems.pro with their order reference. Stonewell will also accept cancellation requests at (401) 595-3904 and provide a written record. Cancellation takes effect when received, not when acknowledged. Stonewell stops new work and avoidable spending promptly. Within 14 calendar days, or sooner if applicable law requires, Stonewell provides an itemized account and refunds unearned prepaid amounts to the original payment method where practicable. Deductions are limited to reasonable, documented completed work within the agreed scope and specifically authorized, genuinely nonrecoverable third-party expenses, without double counting, forfeiture or a cancellation penalty. Work valuation must be reasonably proportionate to the agreed $1,200 scope, supported by delivered work and time/milestone records; it may not exceed the contract price plus separately approved expenses. A dispute does not delay refunding an undisputed unearned amount. Stonewell does not charge for its own uncorrected failure to meet the scope. Mandatory refund, cooling-off, dispute and payment-provider rights remain intact. No additional cancellation charge is automatically debited.

Client materials, privacy and access

Client supplies accurate information and content it owns or is authorized to use, designates one approver and grants account access through invitations rather than shared passwords. Stonewell uses AI-assisted production with human review and does not reuse another client's confidential data. Both parties use reasonable safeguards for nonpublic project information. Any processing of sensitive or regulated information requires a separately agreed lawful arrangement before collection. Client data is not training or sample content by default.

Review and ownership

Client reviews factual accuracy and agreed functionality and gives one consolidated revision list. Defect corrections remain separate. Written acceptance identifies the reviewed version and any agreed exceptions. On full payment, Stonewell assigns its transferable rights in the approved custom deliverables created specifically for the project. Client-supplied material stays the client's. Stonewell retains pre-existing/reusable tools, templates, methods and general components; to the extent embedded and necessary to operate the delivered site, the client receives a perpetual, nonexclusive license to use and modify those components with the site, transferable with that site, subject to third-party license restrictions. Third-party materials remain governed by their disclosed licenses. Handoff identifies source/export availability, hosting limitations, account owners, renewals and support; no unsupported portability promise is made.

Optional maintenance — separate acceptance only

Care is $99 USD per month, covering monthly backup/update review, monthly availability check and up to 30 minutes of content edits, with business-hours support and a two-business-day initial-response target. It is not continuous monitoring or a guaranteed repair time; hosting/domain charges and extra work are excluded unless separately approved. Unused editing time does not carry forward. The website deposit does not enroll the client. Before enrollment, the client separately affirmatively accepts the plan, monthly amount, applicable taxes, start date, recurring billing date and payment authorization in a retainable record. It then renews monthly until canceled. Cancel at any time by the email or phone above, or the online cancellation control provided at enrollment; no retention call or fee is required. Cancellation stops future renewals. The client may choose service through the paid period or immediate termination with a prorated refund for its unused remainder, plus any greater mandatory refund right. If a renewal is processed after effective cancellation, it is refunded. Price changes require at least 30 days' notice and affirmative agreement to the new amount; otherwise the plan ends before the increased charge. No trial, minimum term, automatic enrollment or subscription is created by this agreement alone.

Responsibility and disputes

Stonewell will perform with reasonable professional care and correct agreed-scope defects. Neither party excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful conduct, nonwaivable duties or rights, or amounts lawfully owed/refundable. For ordinary contract claims only, and only to the extent legally enforceable, each party's aggregate damages are limited to the fees paid or payable for the affected project/service; this does not limit mandatory consumer remedies, privacy/confidentiality duties or intellectual-property infringement claims. No consequential-damage exclusion, mandatory arbitration, jury waiver, class-action waiver or shortened legal claim deadline is imposed. Parties first attempt good-faith resolution through their project contacts, without delaying urgent relief or statutory deadlines. Rhode Island law governs except where another jurisdiction's mandatory protections apply; claims may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, including eligible small claims. An unenforceable clause does not eliminate the remaining lawful terms.

Electronic agreement and records

Before signing, the client must be able to review, print or save the complete terms and project schedule. The signer confirms authority, expressly consents to electronic contracting and types their name with intent to sign; a separate unchecked affirmative action is required. If the client does not consent, Stonewell offers a written/offline agreement without treating refusal as acceptance. The system retains the exact terms/scope revision, content hash, authenticated signer identity and acceptance time and supplies a retrievable copy. An owner preview is not the client's signature. Changes after signature require fresh agreement to the changed terms. This agreement is effective only when the completed client-specific schedule and this revision are approved by Stonewell and accepted by the authorized client.
